I passed my trial at Red Dynasty’s paintball park recently and was invited down to work during the weekends.

Job of the day:

-assemble mask, lens and straps

-sweep the floors or planks

-Check group booking for the day(3-5 bookings/field)

-Check which field I would be assigned to, there are 3 fields in total

Field 3 is used for tournament players(the one on the left with inflated strutures)

Field 1 and 2 are available for public booking(those bigger fields on the right with oil drums)

Once the first groups starts coming in, we settle the admin matters, orientate the group, Equipment and safety briefings blah blah blah

Once they are ready, we moved in as linesmen and marshall.

Alot of running about to keep the game in place. I got shot for the first time while helping a lady with her marker(gun) in the playing field.

The opponents though I was the enemy when i ran out from the bunkers and as soon as I could say “omg,here goes my life,my future,my career,my mac-spicy and my Ebies Jibbies friends”  paint balls started flying in on me. Sob,  woman are trouble! except my future wife and my mother and selina and nalini and nanthini and aunt anne and Lim Yang Yang and the waffle aunty at W1 …..

Update**

I just quit today actually, can’t say why  because I don’t wish to get sued by RD and tied to the pillar for target practice.Lets just say I can’t cope with the schedule.

With my FYP and school schedules I have no idea why I took up a second job. Guess I got too carried away with keeping myself busy.

Homefix is still the best!

I took my eyebrow piercing off too.

Gosh this is random

O yea I got job lobangs for the bunch of people who reads my blog.

Surveyor for a  relative’s music company.

Basically you get people to fill up forms/surveys and earn 50 cent/piece.

However you do not need to complete everything and submit it on that day itself. It’ll be a weekly collection so 10 forms a day gives you 5 dollar, in a week you get 35 dollars.

Using the “effort put in” vs “money received” , I would say its pretty reasonable.
